The New York Knicks dominated the Minnesota Timberwolves 137–114 at Madison Square Garden, spoiling Anthony Edwards’ return after a four-game absence due to a strained right hamstring.
Edwards played 29 minutes, finishing with 15 points in his first game back. The Timberwolves were outscored by 25 points while he was on the floor, underscoring their struggles despite his effort.

Brunson and Anunoby then fueled a 10–0 run in the third quarter to take a 76–67 lead before Edwards briefly cut the deficit with a three-point play.
Karl-Anthony Towns, traded to the Knicks last season, tallied 15 points and 10 rebounds in his return against his former team.
