The debut season of FX’s gritty noir series The Lowdown, created by Sterlin Harjo, ended explosively. The mystery surrounding Dale Washberg’s (Tim Blake Nelson) death was solved by Tulsa’s local “trusthstorian,” Lee Raybon (Ethan Hawke).
