Emerging Minnesota Artists on Display
The Rochester Arts and Crafts Festival is being held at the Empire Events Center this weekend.
On October 11 and 12, from 10 a.m., people can visit various booths to check out the work of emerging artists from Minnesota.
Attendees can purchase new arts and trinkets for their home or get a head start on holiday shopping.
