Deadline attended the taping of Wicked: One Wonderful Night and shares insights on moments that did not appear in NBC’s broadcast special.
In anticipation of Wicked: For Good, NBC took viewers to the Emerald City with the special event aired on Thursday night. It featured performances by Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, and the Wicked cast. The show included special renditions of songs from both acts of the musical, such as “No One Mourns The Wicked,” “I’m Not That Girl,” and “For Good.”
