David Harbour, known for his role as ex-police chief Jim Hopper in Netflix's hit show Stranger Things, has recently faced serious allegations. The actor, 50, is accused of bullying and harassing his co-star Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven on the show. These claims reportedly led to an internal enquiry after Brown raised concerns about Harbour's behaviour toward her.
The investigation lasted several months, fueled by extensive accusations. A source revealed:
“Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season. There were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months.”
Although the enquiry's outcome remains undisclosed, it is understood the allegations did not involve any sexual misconduct.
Alongside these claims, Harbour also faces accusations of cheating on his estranged wife, singer-songwriter Lily Allen. Despite the turmoil, Allen reportedly supported Harbour through the difficult period.
“Lily supported him throughout it all. It was a brutal time.”
Allen’s new album reportedly addresses these personal challenges, criticizing Harbour for his alleged infidelities.
