Prisoners Charged with Murder of Kyle Bevan Appear in Court
West Yorkshire Police confirmed that Mark Fellows, 45, Lee Newell, 56, and David Taylor, 63, have been charged with the murder of Kyle Bevan, 33, at HMP Wakefield.

On November 7, the three prisoners appeared separately via video link from Havertop Police Station before Leeds Magistrates' Court concerning the death of Bevan. Judge’s Statement
"You are charged with one allegation of murder. That is so serious I therefore have to send you to Leeds Crown Court. The next hearing will be a plea and trial preparation hearing. I am not able to consider bail and so you will be remanded into custody."
District Judge Charlotte Holland set the next hearing for November 10 at Leeds Crown Court and remanded all three prisoners in custody.
