With the acquisition of Providis, OG Clean Fuels will now operate nearly 400 multi-fuel locations across Europe. This marks the company's first step into France.
Following the acquisition, OG Clean Fuels operates in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and France, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable transport throughout Europe. The company aims to reach €150 million in revenue by 2026.
“France is one of Europe’s most dynamic and fastest-growing market for Bio-CNG and LNG (and shortly, Bio-LNG). By combining our clean fuels expertise with the strong local foundation of Proviridis, we can accelerate the transition of road transport in Europe,” says Marcel Borger, Founder and CEO of OG Clean Fuels.
OG Clean Fuels will also integrate all 25 employees of Proviridis, expanding its team to 120 members.
The current network includes 19 multi-fuel stations located at key transport corridors and industrial hubs such as Paris, Dourges, Lyon, and Marseille. OG Clean Fuels plans to continue investing over the next five years to achieve a revenue goal of €500 million.
