Allegro Occupies 290,000ft² Distribution Centre in Lodz

Polish online marketplace and e-commerce provider Allegro will occupy a 27,000m² (290,000ft²) distribution centre in Piotrków, located south of the city of Lodz.

The distribution park is developed by Polish Logistics LLP (PLL), with Grosvenor DPI as the cornerstone investor and REINO IO Logistics as the manager. REINO is a joint venture between UK-based industrial and logistics specialist Caisson iO and Poland-based REINO Partners.

Facility Features

The project is designed to meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification standards and has secured approval from the lender BNP as a green loan.

PLL Portfolio

Besides the 42-hectare (103-acre) Piotrków project, the PLL joint venture owns logistics complexes in six Polish cities, covering a combined area over 350,000m² (3.7mft²) and valued at more than €260 million (£225 million).
