Hayley Williams unveiled “Showbiz,” a surprise song from her third solo album, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party, which is now officially available on vinyl. This track joins the previously added songs “Good Ol Days” and “Parachute,” expanding the original collection of 17 songs released in the summer.
Williams co-wrote “Showbiz” with producer and longtime collaborator Daniel James, who contributed to the entire album. The song depicts a romantic night blurred by club lights and smoke, with Williams singing:
“I wanna do it again
I wanna dance in the strobe lights
I wanna choke on the smoke
And feel your eyes on me.”
She reflects on whether the experience held the same significance for the other person involved.

These surprise additions demonstrate Williams' evolving artistic approach, and “Showbiz” enriches the album’s narrative with its vivid storytelling and atmosphere.
