During her final North American tour stop at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, Rico Nasty surprised fans by bringing Hayley Williams on stage for a live performance of her 2020 hit “Smack a Bitch” from the debut album Nightmare Vacation.
The two artists shared vocals, danced across the stage, and embraced as the audience erupted with excitement. Rico Nasty smiled and said to the crowd:
“You guys had no idea!”
The Fonda Theatre show concluded Rico’s Lethal tour, launched in September with a performance at Riot Fest. The trek supported her latest and third full-length album Lethal, released in May as her first project under Fueled by Ramen.
Williams and Rico previously performed together in 2023 when Rico joined Paramore’s headlining concert at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles for the song “Misery Business.” Reflecting on that moment, Rico told Billboard:
“It was an amazing experience. And it felt like, I don’t know, my inner child really jumped out. And I hadn’t seen her in a while. Like I hadn’t seen her in a while on stage. I hadn’t seen her in a while backstage, like amongst the team like that. So I was like, ‘Wow, like this feels nice.’ And then I got to talk to Hayley.”
A surprise collaboration between Hayley Williams and Rico Nasty brought high energy to the Fonda Theatre, closing Rico’s tour with a memorable performance for fans.
