The Greater Wellington Te Pane Matua Taiao has announced increased Metlink train and bus services for fans attending the Wellington Phoenix double header at Sky Stadium on Saturday, 8 November.
Standard Saturday timetables will operate on all train lines. Additional trains will run after the games on the Hutt Valley and Johnsonville lines. No extra services will be provided on the Kapiti line after the matches.
Core bus routes will have increased capacity, and the East-by-West ferry will continue to run at its usual times.
Metlink recommends using Snapper cards for fares, as it is the most cost-effective method.
Passengers should plan their trips in advance and travel early. Updated travel information is available on the Metlink app, website, or by calling 0800 801 700.
