Discover a unique universe at the Les Mycéliades science fiction festival, taking place in cinemas and media libraries across Île-de-France from January 31 to February 15, 2026. This year's theme focuses on resilience, inviting participants to explore how humanity adapts to crises and change.
Throughout France, nearly 160 pairs of cinemas and media libraries will host events celebrating science fiction through films, art, and interactive activities. The festival aims to create a space for reflection on the challenges of our time, from climate change to energy and food crises.
"It’s an opportunity to try to avoid the end of the world together, reflect on the construction of habitable worlds, and face crises during this festival."
The events at media libraries are generally free, while cinema screenings follow each venue’s pricing policy. Program details will be published soon on the official website.
