Gallagher Securities, the insurance-linked securities (ILS) and capital markets broker-dealer arm of Gallagher Re, has bolstered its structuring capabilities by hiring Caroline Cassis. She joins from Swiss Re, where she most recently focused on cat bond and ILS structuring.

Caroline Cassis brings extensive expertise spanning reinsurance and capital markets. She assumes the role of Senior ILS Structurer and will be based in New York, reporting to Andras Bohm, Gallagher Securities’ Global Head of Structuring, who was previously hired from BMS.
