McLaren to Oversee Birmingham Tower Refurb
A construction management deal has been made to transform a 1990s building in Birmingham into a Grade A office building.
The refurbishment will offer 290,000 sq ft of space. McLaren Construction's Managing Director, Vince Lydon, stated:
This is a further success for McLaren’s construction management delivery model which allows us to form a true partnership with our client and involve the supply chain early on in the process.
AP UK's CEO, Guy Lewinsohn, added:
