According to the Minnesota Department of Health, the children likely contracted measles from an unvaccinated adult. Meanwhile, a large ongoing measles outbreak in Mexico has resulted in 22 deaths, with 4,879 confirmed cases reported through October 11.
The Mexico Ministry of Health reported 4,380 of those cases (90%) in Chihuahua state.
