A second person has been arrested in connection to the deadly shooting at Heidelberg High School's homecoming on Friday night.
Jasper County Sheriff Randy Johnson confirmed that 19-year-old Damarin Starks was arrested on Monday. Starks is charged with one count of accessory after the fact and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
At least four people are expected to be arrested in connection with the crime, including Starks and Tylar Jarod Goodloe. Goodloe, 18, was taken into custody as a person of interest on Saturday and later charged with two counts of capital murder and one count of possession of a deadly weapon on educational property.
Goodloe's cash bond was set at $2,010,000.
