Former Troy University record-breaking running back Kimani Vidal was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster of the Los Angeles Chargers due to injuries.
His performance in a Sunday night victory over the Miami Dolphins included 124 rushing yards, 3 catches for 14 yards, and his second career touchdown.
Another notable athlete is former Abbeville player Josh Hines-Allen, now a linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars, who is also making a difference.
