The Artist Behind This Nissan's Homemade License Plate Did Their Best, But Still Got Caught
A California Highway Patrol officer pulled over a Nissan Sentra driver after noticing "something unusual about the rear license plate."
The license plate was hand-drawn and, although not a bad job, it was not enough to fool the officer upon closer inspection.
