Norway's Finance Minister Faces Criticism Over State Budget Proposal
Norway's Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg, who spent 10 years at NATO, is utilizing his defensive skills as his first state budget proposal in nearly three decades comes under fire from all directions.
Stoltenberg, who returned to the Norwegian government earlier this year, presented the government's state budget proposal to Parliament on Wednesday morning.
