Homegrown Harvest Festival Unites Community
The third annual Homegrown Harvest Festival (HHF) took place on October 3 and 4, bringing the community together with great food and music while supporting important local causes.
As stated on its website, the festival's net proceeds directly benefit three organizations:
- The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, which combats food insecurity by providing meals and resources.
- The CROP Foundation, which awards scholarships to area culinary students.
- The T2 Fitness Foundation, which helps high-risk individuals adopt healthier lifestyles.

The 2025 edition of the festival was held at The Hubs Vine in Franklin on Friday, October 3, and Goose Hill Farm in Franklin on Saturday, October 4.
