The Community partnership for Transitions Solution (CPTS) is making their way into the community with their first meet and greet event in Kennewick, WA.
This event aims to help women and men who are re-entering the real world after the justice system and who are suffering from homelessness.

Leaders at the coalition discuss how they will be catering to different needs, providing essential resources to those in need.
The coalition began last year and now they are showing the community the resources they can provide.
