Philadelphia Union Academy Players Selected for USYNT's FIFA U-17 World Cup Roster
Four Philadelphia Union Academy products, Cavan Sullivan, Kellan LeBlanc, Jamir Johnson, and Jordan Griffin, have been selected for the 21-player roster to represent the United States at the 2025 FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Qatar.
The USYNT will compete in Group I, with matches against Burkina Faso on November 5, Tajikistan on November 9, and Czechia on November 12, all taking place at the Aspire Zone in Al Rayyan, Qatar.
- Match 1: USA vs. Burkina Faso on November 5 (11:15 a.m. ET)
- Match 2: USA vs. Tajikistan on November 9
- Match 3: USA vs. Czechia on November 12
The matches will be broadcast in English via FOX Sports platforms and in Spanish via Universo, Telemundo, and Peacock.
The participation in FIFA tournaments by U.S. teams is a significant milestone.
