Aprilia Racing confirm that Jorge Martin will remain on the sidelines to continue his recovery.
Martin crashed in a multiple rider incident at the start of the Tissot Sprint in Japan and broke his collarbone. He has been sidelined since, missing the Grand Prix race in Japan, the Indonesian GP, and the Australian GP, where he was replaced by Aprilia test rider Lorenzo Savadori.
It is now confirmed that Martin will also miss the Malaysian GP, with the earliest possible return at Portimão.
