Swifties Flood German Museum
A German museum has been overrun by Taylor Swift fans due to a painting resembling the opening scene of her video "The Fate of Ophelia."
The Hessische Landesmuseum in Wiesbaden saw hundreds of additional visitors over the weekend, including a family from Hamburg and American families from a nearby U.S. station.
- The visitors were drawn to an Art Nouveau painting by Friedrich Heyser featuring Ophelia from William Shakespeare's play.
- The painting bears a striking resemblance to the opening scene of Swift's current No. 1 hit video.
