Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema have confirmed that Mortal Kombat III is in development, ahead of the release of Mortal Kombat II.
The announcement was made at the 2025 New York Comic Con during the Mortal Kombat panel, revealing the video game adaptation will become a trilogy.
