A couple in their 70s, Nicholas Prest, 71, and his wife Anthea, 70, have been cleared of any responsibility over the death of a self-employed gardener, Paul Marsden, 47.
The incident occurred in April 2000, when Marsden was using the couple's quad bike to spray nettles in a steep field they rented near their home in Llandogo.
Marsden was found dead underneath the toppled-over Honda all-terrain vehicle three hours later.
The couple, who denied failing to discharge health and safety duties, spent over five years waiting for their case to come to trial.
No comment was made by the couple after the verdict.
