Attorney Undecided on Suppressing Confession in Parent Murder Case
The attorney for Lorenz Kraus, accused of killing his parents and burying them in his backyard, has not decided whether to suppress his TV confession.
Lorenz Kraus allegedly killed his parents, Franz and Theresia Kraus, between July 2017 and September 2017, according to court documents.
Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.
His attorney, Rebekah Sokol, stated that she still needs to receive all discovery materials from prosecutors to make a decision on filing a motion to suppress the interview, citing concerns with the circumstances surrounding it.
