India's Kabaddi Teams Win Double Gold at Asian Youth Games 2025
India's Under-18 boys' and girls' kabaddi teams remained unbeaten to win gold in both categories at the 2025 Asian Youth Games in Bahrain.
The girls' team defeated Iran 75-21 in the final, with a standout performance from raider Neha Patel, who scored 28 points, and defender Riya Singh, who led a strong defense.
The boys' team won a closer final against Iran, 35-32, after a dominant group stage performance with wins against Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bahrain, and Thailand.
The girls amassed 312 points while conceding just 89 over five matches.
