Longest Yarn 2 Exhibition to Benefit Local Charities
The organiser of the upcoming Longest Yarn 2 Exhibition, Alan Crowe, is calling on the community to get involved and benefit from the event.
The exhibition, which will be held at the Town Hall in September, will feature 80x1m cabinets depicting scenes from World War 2 between 1939 to 1945.
“It’s already creating much interest locally and will be here for the whole of September next year, so I am inviting charities and local organisations to come forward and host a day to raise money for their own causes be it a local or national charity, sports club or school,”said Mr Crowe.
Community groups, charities, and clubs can benefit from the exhibition by hosting a day to raise money for their causes.
