Marriott Hotel Coming to Laurel
A new hotel is set to be built in Laurel, Mississippi, following the demolition of the former Quality Inn on Sawmill Road.
"We are currently building a Marriott Town Place Suites hotel in Corinth, Mississippi," said Suresh Chawla, CEO of Delta Lodging Group. "We just got the franchise and the land to build a 110-room Marriott property here in Laurel, Mississippi."
The Delta Lodging Group, led by Suresh Chawla, currently operates 15 hotels in the Delta region, including Hampton Inns, Holiday Expresses, and Quality Inns.
