Adam Miller, the founder of Revel Bikes, has successfully revived the company, making it profitable again within three months of buying back its assets.
Miller initially founded Revel Bikes in 2016 and sold it to Next Sparc, an Ohio-based private equity firm, in 2021. The investment aimed to improve Revel's supply chain, with the company experiencing annual sales growth of 300% to 600% before the sale.
"We were considered one of the fastest-growing mountain biking companies," said Miller.
After Next Sparc announced it would shut down the company, Miller bought back its assets in May and worked to rebuild the team and adapt the brand to current times.
