Empty Stocking Fund to Accept Applications
The Empty Stocking Fund will begin taking applications on Thursday. For one local mother, Stephanie Hall, the fund was a vital source of support last year.
“With me doing everything by myself as a single mother, and paying all the bills by myself, I really don’t have any money left over,”
Hall, a mother of four, used the fund to provide Christmas presents for her children. She encourages other families to apply, saying
