Safety Violations and Legal Issues

Bimuva swings exceed the allowed incline angle of 10 degrees set by the Infant Sleep Products safety standard and are banned under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to Jiaxing Xilaidi Technology Co., Ltd, the manufacturer operating as Bimuva US, and to Newrgy Inc., the importer based in Denver, Colorado.

Recall Status and Consumer Advice

Neither Bimuva nor Newrgy have agreed to recall the product or provide any remedies. Consumers are advised to stop using the swings immediately, dispose of them, and not sell or give them away.
