Australia’s social media scene is heating up, and a bold new venture promises to elevate the next generation of digital stars. The Party Games House, the country's first TikTok content mansion, has launched in Adelaide’s beachfront suburb of Moana.
This $10 million luxury residence isn’t just a home—it's a creative playground. The project invites five more influencers to join its first resident, 23-year-old Adelaide local Frida Khalife, for an immersive experience of content creation and collaboration. Participants will live, film, and party in the house for free, anywhere from a week to two months.
The concept was developed by Adelaide entrepreneur Shane Yeend, a self-made multimillionaire who built his fortune in the party games industry. Yeend envisions the project as a career-launching pad for aspiring influencers.
"This is the opportunity of a lifetime," said Yeend. "We are looking for Australia's next social superstars. Huge global names like Alex Warren and Addison Rae began in content houses just like this one, and now they have billions of views, brand deals, and are selling out arenas. We believe we will find the next generation of stars right here in Australia."
Applications remain open for content creators eager to harness the momentum of collaborative living and social media synergy. The program offers a rare chance to grow personal brands and gain international exposure.
