Bandai Namco has officially revealed the first major DLC for Elden Ring Nightreign, titled The Forsaken Hollows. The announcement came alongside a cinematic trailer that showcases fresh environments, enemies, and a terrifying new final boss known as The Dreglord.
The DLC introduces the Shifting Earth, a condition that dramatically alters the landscape, creating new routes and reshaping the geography of the world. Players will also find fresh landmarks and mysteries to uncover in the region of Limveld.
The Forsaken Hollows takes place in a universe parallel to the main events of Elden Ring, beginning in the familiar Roundtable Hold. Players can now choose from eight unique characters, each equipped with distinct abilities and powerful ultimate skills.
“The trailer is a lot of pop and circumstance with not a lot of actual substance revealed for content, but what we do know is they're bringing a new abomination in the form of The Dreglord, which will serve as one of the new final bosses.”
The expansion is set to release on December 4, 2025, promising a darker and more unpredictable journey through the world of Nightreign.
