Weather Forecast
Light rain showers will continue through Tuesday morning, followed by drier weather in the afternoon and evening.
Although the cool October weather is a change from the weekend, it will not last long as temperatures are expected to rise again by midweek.
- Tuesday highs will remain in the 70s with some breaks in the clouds during the afternoon.
- Stronger south winds on Wednesday will push highs back up to near 80, with breezy conditions across central and western Kansas.
The next front and possible rain are expected to arrive at the end of the week, with storms potentially occurring in far northwest Kansas on Thursday night and shifting to south central and eastern Kansas by Friday night.
Another big cool down is expected at week’s end.

- Tonight: Evening showers, staying cloudy. Low: 61
- Tomorrow: Some afternoon peeks of sun.
- Tomorrow Night: Becoming mostly clear.
- Wed: High: 83, becoming partly cloudy.
