47th ASEAN Summit 2025: Road Closures and Traffic Diversions
Malaysia, as the ASEAN chair this year, is hosting the ASEAN Summit twice. The 46th ASEAN Summit was held in Kuala Lumpur in May, and the 47th ASEAN Summit is scheduled to take place from October 26 to 28.
Road closures and traffic diversions will be implemented on six highways and major roads in Kuala Lumpur during this period. The Kuala Lumpur Command and Control Centre (KLCCC) will facilitate the movement of high-level delegation convoys with rolling and full road closures lasting between 30 to 45 minutes.
