Millions Spent Defending OC DA Spitzer's Misconduct Cases
According to attorney Bijan Darvish, Orange County taxpayers may bear tens of millions of dollars in costs defending sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuits against District Attorney Todd Spitzer and his administration.
Darvish notes a pattern of misconduct, retaliation, and costly litigation inside the DA’s office, stemming from a "complete lack of accountability at the highest levels."
