Trust Bank is set to launch fractional trading in Singapore, enabling users to buy and sell portions of US stocks and ETFs directly through its app.
The new feature expands the TrustInvest service, introduced earlier this year to make investing more accessible. It allows customers to trade US-listed equities and exchange-traded funds within the Trust App, providing a simpler way to build diversified portfolios.
According to Trust, the addition of fractional trading will enable customers to invest smaller amounts in higher-priced shares, such as Netflix or Meta, which can cost over S$500 per share.
