Federal Appeals Court Temporarily Bars Portland Troop Deployment

This order is the latest development in a series of legal actions related to the deployment of hundreds of National Guard troops to protect a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Portland, which has been the focus of protests.
