Kansas Advocates for Better Care is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a free screening of the documentary "No Country for Old People", aiming to reform long-term care facilities for older people.
The event will take place at Liberty Hall, 644 Massachusetts St, on the 28th, starting at 6 p.m. It is free to attend, but reservations can be made by emailing [email protected] or calling 785-842-3088.
The screening will include refreshments, popcorn, soda, and a commemorative dessert to mark KABC's "50 years of fighting for dignity, respect, and quality care for older Kansans."
