Police in Preston have been dealing with incidents of fireworks being aimed at members of the public as Bonfire Night draws closer.
On Saturday evening, October 25, police responded to reports of fireworks being targeted at people, including volunteer police officers and the general public in the city centre and other areas.
Two 13-year-old children were taken home to their parents and had their fireworks seized. Youths were reportedly using fireworks on the bridge between Avenham and Miller parks.
