Yorgos Lanthimos Needs a Break from Filmmaking
After releasing another award-worthy film, Yorgos Lanthimos admits he needs "a little break" from filmmaking.
"Well, I can’t keep doing that anymore. [Laughs] That’s what we’re certain of right now,"
He stated this despite intending to take a break after his previous films, Poor Things (2023) and Kinds of Kindness (2024), and now after Bugonia's release on Oct. 31.
Lanthimos assured: "It’s a big mistake. I’ve said that before in between the other three, but I’m serious now. I’m going to take a little break.
