Major Drug Bust in Sault
The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service has made its largest drug bust in history, seizing over 10 kg of drugs valued at $1.4 million.
- Suspected fentanyl: 3.77 kg, estimated street value $754,390
- Suspected cocaine: 2.75 kg, estimated value $274,815
- Suspected methamphetamine: 4.14 kg, estimated value $413,735
- Suspected oxycodone: 62 tablets, street value $620
In addition to the drugs, $124,000 in cash and a 2023 Hyundai Sonata were seized as offence-related property.
