Threads App Updates
Meta's Threads app is introducing new features, including reply approvals and algorithm controls.
The reply approval feature allows users to select which replies appear under their posts, helping to keep conversations civil and relevant.
- Reply approvals: users can turn on the "Review and approve replies" toggle when sharing a post.
- Replies will be sorted into a "Pending" tab for approval.
- Filters will be available to sort replies from people you follow and those that contain mentions.
- Algorithm controls: users will have the option to manage their feed algorithm.
Threads, which is Meta’s answer to X (formerly Twitter), has been adding new features.
