Heartbreaking Scene: Radnički Players Cry After Coach's Sudden Death
On Monday night, November 3, 2025, players of Radnički 1923 were overcome with emotion as they learned about the death of their head coach, Mladen Žižović.
Žižović, 44, had collapsed near the bench during the first half of their league match, prompting frantic medical attention before being taken away by ambulance. Despite efforts to save him, he passed away moments after being rushed to the hospital.
The game briefly continued, but when word reached the stadium that Žižović had died en route, emotions overwhelmed everyone on the field.
