Former NC Lawmaker Posts Bond After Child Sex Offenses Charges
Former state Rep. Cecil Brockman, charged with child sex offenses, posted bond Tuesday after a judge reduced his bond to $250,000 and added conditions of release.
- Must live with his mother
- Cannot use social media or a cellphone
- Must surrender his phone and passport
- Must provide a DNA sample and fingerprints
- Must be on house arrest and wear a monitoring device
Brockman was initially held on a $1.05 million bond, which was reduced by the judge on Monday.
