Election 2025: Lexington Passes One Bond

The town of Lexington passed one of two bonds in the special election on Tuesday, November 4, based on preliminary Election Day results.

According to unofficial results on the Oregon Secretary of State's website, 62.5% of voters supported continuing a general operating fund at $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value.

The anticipated funds raised for each of the next five fiscal years are estimated to be: $13,890 in 2026-27, $14,135 in 2027-28, $14,380 in 2028-29, $14,630 in 2029-30, and $14,890 in 2030-31, for a total of $71,925.
