Celebrity Traitors' Alan Carr calls fellow contestants ‘thick’ for this jarring reason

Alan Carr Calls Fellow Contestants ‘Thick’ on Celebrity Traitors

Alan Carr jokingly labeled his fellow Celebrity Traitors contestants as “thick,” after none of them realized throughout the series that he was secretly the one eliminating them. The comedian has since flown to Florida ahead of the show’s finale, humorously calling himself “the most hated man in the UK.”

“That’s why I’m in America. I’m the most hated man in Britain.”

Speaking to Heart Radio while visiting Universal Studios in Orlando with his niece and nephew, Alan expressed surprise that no one had guessed his role as the Traitor earlier.

“I’ve got loads of celebrity friends, but are they thick? I’m giggling when people are murdered. When they don’t come down for breakfast, I just stick cheese in my mouth.”

The 49-year-old comedian found his television “killer” role both hilarious and exhausting.

“It’s stressful murdering every day… but I’m getting a taste for it.”

Other Contestants React

Fellow Traitor Cat Burns, 25, told The Times she’s been handling the sudden wave of attention quietly.

“I’ve mainly just been staying at home,”

she said, describing the intense public reaction as “a bit mad.”

Recently eliminated contestant Kate Garraway even predicted that Alan might win.

“I think he’s going to win. I’m going to say it now,”

she told BBC Radio Two, suggesting his chaotic humor could be the key to his success.

“Alan’s giggles during the challenges might be what’s kept him safe.”
