Rivian's Electric Van Leads Sales Charts
Rivian's electric delivery van is currently leading the sales charts, with the Chevrolet BrightDrop following closely.
According to estimates from Cox Automotive, the Rivian Commercial Van (RCV) has outsold Rivian's R1T pickup truck in the United States after the first three quarters.
- In the third quarter of this year, Rivian sold 2,639 vans, down 41.5% compared to the same period last year.
- From January through September, the RCV500 and RCV700 sold a combined 6,809 units, a decrease of 24.6% year-over-year.
The RCV remains the country's best-selling electric van, a title it won last year.
